The Price Per Person Includes

  • All accommodations in hotels listed or similar categories for 7 days and 6 nights, based on double occupancy

  • All meals as specified in the itinerary – breakfast and a-la-carte dinner daily, lunch when listed

  • Selection of wine chosen by Air Journey during dinners

  • All sightseeing and excursions as listed in the itinerary

  • Roundtrip transfers to and from the airport

  • Full-time services of a Journey Director

  • Tips and gratuities

The Airplane Registration Fee Includes

  • Usage of the Air Journey App
  • Direct Foreflight Links for easy flight plan uploading into your personal Foreflight account
  • International flight plans, routing, frequencies, nav-aids, reporting points, and more for each leg of your Journey
  • Flight plans and eAPIS manifest outbound/inbound filed on your behalf
  • Pilot briefing prior to every flying day
  • Fuel availability confirmed along the route of flight
  • Obtaining of permits, landing rights, overflight permits, handling arrangements
  • Assistance with country entry forms (Caricom, CanPASS, etc) 
  • Confirmed parking and fuel along our route
  • Planning for additional fuel stops if required
  • Air Journey Goodies – each participant will receive a shirt embroidered with their name, aircraft make/model, and airplane’s tail number with the name of the Journey, a hat per person, and a bag per couple, as a souvenir of your flying adventure.

The Price Does Not Include

  • Fees associated with your aircraft (fuel, handling fees, airport fees, permit fees, landing fees, departure taxes, etc.)
  • Cost of obtaining passport, visas, or inoculations required for your Journey
  • Optional activities
  • Cocktails and Spirits are not included
  • Lunch when not listed in the itinerary
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, communication charges and other incidentals 
  • Commercial flight tickets when required

$500 PER PERSON

INITIAL PAYMENT REQUIRED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF BOOKING

FOR JOURNEYS LASTING LESS THAN 15 DAYS:
$2,000 PER PERSON + AIRPLANE REGISTRATION FEE
FOR JOURNEYS LASTING BETWEEN 15 - 40 DAYS: *AND OUR GALAPAGOS JOURNEYS
$4,500 PER PERSON + AIRPLANE REGISTRATION FEE
FOR JOURNEYS LASTING MORE THAN 40 DAYS:
$9,500 PER PERSON + AIRPLANE REGISTRATION FEE

Cancellation policy

For Journeys Lasting 40 Days or Less

OUTSIDE OF 150 DAYS:
Deposit and initial payment are refundable, and AJ holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client's cancellation date.
BETWEEN 150 AND 90 DAYS:
AJ retains the deposit and the initial payment, and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client's cancellation date.
BETWEEN 89 AND 60 DAYS:
AJ retains 50% of the Journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client's cancellation date.
BETWEEN 59 AND 30 DAYS:
AJ retains 100% of the Journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client’s cancellation date.
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE:
AJ retains 100% of the Journey cost and the full Airplane Registration Fee

FOR JOURNEYS LASTING MORE THAN 40 DAYS

OUTSIDE OF 300 DAYS:
AJ retains the deposit and the initial payment, and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client's cancellation date.
BETWEEN 300 AND 210 DAYS:
AJ retains 30% of the Journey cost, and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client's cancellation date.
BETWEEN 209 AND 120 DAYS:
AJ retains 60% of the Journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client's cancellation date.
BETWEEN 119 DAYS AND 90 DAYS:
AJ retains 100% of the Journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client’s cancellation date.
LESS THAN 90 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE:
AJ retains 100% of the Journey cost and the full Airplane Registration Fee
