This Journey Includes: 
Presence of a Journey Director who will facilitate clearances, immigration, refueling, flight planning and provide help with any difficulty that might arise.
Full-time services of a professional Air Journey guide.
Lodging: for 7 nights
Meals: All breakfasts and dinners, some lunches as described in the itinerary.
Tours and admission to all planned group sightseeing.
All tips for guides, drivers, and hotel staff.
All service charges and taxes.
Plane Registration Includes: 
Hosting at functions
Custom expediting
Customs and Immigration forms (filled out by Air Journey when possible)
Briefing prior to every flight covering all aspects of the flight.
Extensive Navigation Log (airports, route, frequencies, information of airspace, nav-aids, reporting points, international flight plan) tailored for each aircraft;
VFR charts, IFR low or high en route (based on aircraft type and pilot’s preferences);
Bag and Souvenir Shirt.
Cancellation Policy: 
Given outside of the 30 days before departure:  Air Journey will retain only the plane registration fee.
30 days to 15 days before departure: Air Journey will retain 50% of tour cost.
14 days to 5 days before departure: Air Journey will retain 75% of tour cost.
4 days or less or Now Show before departure:  Air Journey will retain 100% of tour cost.
 

Note: Travel and Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended and not included in the package but it can be purchased from Air Journey for about 6% of the cost of the Journey.
Also note: Air Journey reserves the right to cancel because of lack of participants (less than 7 aircraft), political unrest, terrorism, or severe weather forecast, in which case Air Journey will issue a full refund.

1.USA (FAA) Pilot License for “N” registered aircraft

2.Current Medical Certificate

3.Proof of aircraft insurance coverage

4.Airplane registration
