Deposit per person required at time of booking

FOR ALL AIR JOURNEYS:
$2,500 PER PERSON

INITIAL PAYMENT REQUIRED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF BOOKING

FOR JOURNEYS LASTING 15 DAYS OR LESS:
AIRPLANE REGISTRATION FEE
FOR JOURNEYS LASTING BETWEEN 15 - 40 DAYS: *AND OUR GALAPAGOS JOURNEYS
$2,500 PER PERSON + AIRPLANE REGISTRATION FEE
FOR JOURNEYS LASTING MORE THAN 40 DAYS:
$7,500 PER PERSON + AIRPLANE REGISTRATION FEE

Final payment due dates

For Journeys lasting less than 40 days:
90 days prior to departure
For Journeys lasting more than 40 days:
120 days prior to departure

Cancellation policy

FOR JOURNEYS LASTING LESS THAN 40 DAYS

Outside of 150 days:
Deposit is refundable, and AJ holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months.
Between 150 and 90 days:
AJ retains the deposit and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months
Between 89 and 60 days of departure:
AJ retains 50% of the journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months.
Less than 60 days before departure:
AJ retains 100% of the journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months.

FOR JOURNEYS LASTING MORE THAN 40 DAYS

Outside of 150 days:
Deposit is refundable, and AJ holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months.
Between 150 and 120 days:
AJ retains the deposit and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months.
Between 119 and 90 days of departure:
AJ retains 50% of the journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months
Less than 90 days before departure:
AJ retains 100% of the journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months
