We embark on a journey of discovery, visiting the sites of D-day (June 6, 1944) - the largest invasion force in history. Codenamed OVERLORD, it delivered five naval assault divisions to the beaches of Normandy (codenames UTAH, OMAHA, GOLD, JUNO and SWORD).
We will walk among the cliffs, bunkers and edges, visit several museums, D-Day memorials and the very moving American Cemetery.
