Deposit per person required at time of booking

FOR ALL AIR JOURNEYS:

$500 PER PERSON

INITIAL PAYMENT REQUIRED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF BOOKING

FOR JOURNEYS LASTING LESS THAN 15 DAYS:

$2,000 PER PERSON + AIRPLANE REGISTRATION FEE

FOR JOURNEYS LASTING BETWEEN 15 – 30 DAYS: *AND OUR GALAPAGOS JOURNEYS

$4,500 PER PERSON + AIRPLANE REGISTRATION FEE

FOR JOURNEYS LASTING MORE THAN 30 DAYS:

$9,500 PER PERSON + AIRPLANE REGISTRATION FEE

INTERIM PAYMENTS

For All Journeys

All Journeys include additional interim payments between the deposit and the final balance. The timing and amounts vary by Journey. The complete payment schedule for each Journey will be provided on the client invoice.

Cancellation policy

FOR JOURNEYS LASTING 30 DAYS OR LESS – EXCLUDING OUR GALAPAGOS JOURNEYS

OUTSIDE OF 150 DAYS:

Deposit and initial payment are refundable, and AJ holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client’s cancellation date.

BETWEEN 150 AND 90 DAYS:

AJ retains the deposit and the initial payment, and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client’s cancellation date.

BETWEEN 89 AND 60 DAYS:

AJ retains 50% of the Journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client’s cancellation date.

BETWEEN 59 AND 30 DAYS:

AJ retains 100% of the Journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client’s cancellation date.

LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE:

AJ retains 100% of the Journey cost and the full Airplane Registration Fee

FOR JOURNEYS LASTING MORE THAN 30 DAYS + OUR GALAPAGOS JOURNEYS

OUTSIDE OF 545 DAYS:

Deposit and initial payment are refundable, and AJ holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client’s cancellation date.

BETWEEN 545 AND 300 DAYS:

AJ retains the deposit and the initial payment, and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client’s cancellation date.

BETWEEN 299 AND 210 DAYS:

AJ retains 30% of the Journey cost, and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client’s cancellation date.

BETWEEN 209 AND 120 DAYS:

AJ retains 60% of the Journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client’s cancellation date.

BETWEEN 119 DAYS AND 90 DAYS:

AJ retains 100% of the Journey cost and holds the Airplane Registration Fee as a credit for 12 months from the client’s cancellation date.

LESS THAN 90 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE:

AJ retains 100% of the Journey cost and the full Airplane Registration Fee
