In summer, beluga whales arrive by the thousands to the shores of Hudson Bay. A real frontier town, no roads lead to Churchill. The only access is a twice-weekly train or by charter or private plane.
With 60,000 Beluga Whales filling the Hudson Bay and Polar Bears leaving the melting sea ice, summer is an amazing time to visit Churchill!
