Plane Registration Includes:
Extensive Navigation log tailored for each aircraft (airports, route, frequencies, information of airspace, nav-aids, reporting points, international flight plans)
Flight plans and eAPIS manifest (departure and arrival) filed on your behalf
Pilot briefing prior to each day's flight
Weather website with constant updates showing TAF, METAR, Wind Aloft, prognostic forecast and review
Fuel availability confirmed along the route of flight
2013 Bahamas & Caribbean Pilot Guide, VFR charts, IFR low or high en route (based on aircraft type and pilot's preferences)
Flight bag and a collared, cotton shirt for the pilot with his name and aircraft tail number embroidered on the front. Additional shirts are available for passengers and crew at an additional cost.
Cancellation Policy:
| Given outside of 90 days of departure: | Air Journey retains $500 per person and plane registration fee |
| Between 90 and 60 days of departure: | Air Journey retains 25% of tour cost and plane registration fee |
| Between 59 and 45 days of depature: | Air Journey retains 50% of tour cost and plane registration fee |
| Between 45 and 30 days of departure: | Air Journey retains 75% of tour cost and plane registration fee |
| Less than 30 days or no show of departure: | Air Journey retains 100% of tour cost and plane registration fee |
Note: Travel and Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended and is not included in the package but it can be purchased from Air Journey for about 6% of the cost of the Journey.
Also note: Air Journey reserves the right to cancel because of lack of participants (less than 6 airplanes), political unrest, terrorism, or severe weather forecast, in which case Air Journey will issue a full refund.

- Life Vests and life raft are mandatory and can be rented with the assistance of Air Journey.
For those living on the West Coast, we do offer a Brownsville, Texas departure, allowing you to avoid flying all the way East to go back West. For more information, please contact Air Journey (561)841-1551.
Please note that hotel accommodations and sightseeing are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Air Journey reserves the right to amend the order of sightseeing as necessary. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.
Our quoted prices include planning, handling and operational charges; they are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes as of September 2012. Air Journey reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.
Aircraft Insurance: Coverage is needed for Central and South America. Most insurance companies will cover the Carribean, Central America and South America but often excluding Colombia. Please make sure that you check with your insurance company before registration for the Journey. Should you have any problem getting coverage, please call (561)841-1551. Air Journey will help you work the details out with your insurance company.
Survival Equipmental is available for rental on a daily basis and will be waiting for you at our departure point. Life vests and life raft are mandatory. Contact Air Journey for more details.
