Note: This invitation has been submitted for approval to the US Treasury Department, who will be issuing us a license for this trip. Reservations are now available on a first come, first served basis. Upon reciept of our confirmation from OFAC , a deposit will need to be made to secure your space.

Cost for this all inclusive, fully escorted Journey: $ 2,845 per person

Our Land program includes:

  • All accommodations in hotels listed or similar categories based on double occupancy
  • All meals as specified in the itinerary
  • All sightseeing, hotel taxes, gratuities, and guide services as indicated in the itinerary
  • All entrance fees in museum and other activities listed in the itinerary
  • All transfers from hotel to airport
  • A full time Air Journey escort
Our Land program does not include:
  • Travel Insurance (available, call us for details)
  • Airport departure taxes
  • Beverages
  • Cost of obtaining passport or visas and or inoculations
  • Lunch boxes on flight day
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, communication charges, and other incidentals

Please note that hotel accommodations and sightseeing are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Air Journey reserves the right to amend the order of sightseeing as necessary. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.

 
Plane Registration fee: $695 per aircraft

Includes:

  • Extensive Navigation log (airports, route, frequencies, information of airspace, nav-aids, reporting points, international flight plan) tailored for each aircraft
  • Customs and Immigration forms (filled out by Air Journey when possible)
  • 2009 Bahamas and Caribbean Pilot's Guide, VFR charts, IFR low or high en route (based on aircraft type and pilot's preferences)
  • Flight bag and collared, cotton shirt for the pilot with his name and aircraft tail number embroidered on the upper front. *Additional shirts are available for passengers and crew at an additional cost.
 
Departure point: Miami (KMIA)

Duration: 4 days, 3 nights

Survival gear is not included in the cost of the journey but can be rented out; it will be waiting for you at departure point. Life vests and survival raft are mandatory.

Aircraft Insurance coverage needed for: Cuba
Make sure that you check with your insurance company before registration for the journey. Should you have any problem getting coverage please call (561) 841-1551. Air Journey will help you work the details out with your insurance company.

Note: Travel and Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended and not included in the package but it can be purchased from Air Journey for roughly 6% of the cost of the Journey.

Cancellation Policy: cancellation by the client is always required in writing and is subject to the following schedule of dates, whereby some or all moneys paid will be retained:

Given outside of the 30 days before departure: Air Journey will retain the $350 fee.
Between 30 and 15 days of departure: Air Journey will retain 50% of tour cost.
Between 14 and 5 days of departure: Air Journey will retain 75% of tour cost.
4 days or less or Now Show of departure: Air Journey will retain 100% of tour cost.

Cancellation by AJ: Should AJ cancel the tour after deposits have been received due to fewer than the minimum participants required, the full deposit will be refunded. Should AJ cancel the tour at any time due to factors beyond their control (including war, flood, force of nature, riot, civil action), they will refund the client whatever portion of moneys are reimbursed by ground operators and accommodation suppliers.


Recommendation:

Pack lightly and in soft bags and/or small roller suitcases. Note that laundry services are available at all places with a 2-night stop.

Pilots must have with them:
1.USA (FAA) Pilot License for “N” registered aircraft
2.Current Medical Certificate
3.Proof of aircraft insurance coverage
4.Airplane registration
5.Airplane Airworthiness Certificate
