Day 1 - May 15th: Quebec City, Canada (CYQB)

 
All participants will meet for introductions and to attend an extensive briefing covering the general procedures of our journey.
An optional dinner will be offered at the Le Champlain restaurant located in the hotel.

Day 2 - May 16th: Quebec City (CYQB) → Schefferville, Canada (CYYR) → Kangerlussuaq, Greenland (515 +870 NM)

On our way today to Kangerlussuaq, we will fly over the immense forests and numerous lakes of Labrador and ice-covered Greenland. There will be a stop in Schefferville to refuel and have lunch.

Day 3 - May 17th: Kangerlussuaq → Reykjavik, Iceland (730 NM)

 
We will do our second water crossing today as we fly to Reykjavik.
In the afternoon, there will be a visit to the Blue Lagoon - a geothermal spa whose warm waters are rich in minerals like silica and sulphur.
Dinner will be at the famous Fish Market restuarant.

Day 4 - May 18th: Reykjavik, Iceland (BIRK) → Prestwick, Scotland → Salzburg, Austria (735 + 800 NM)

Fly to Salzburg - birthplace to classical music genius Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Situarted on a hill overlooking central Salzburg, the Schloss Moenchstein Hotel offers outstanding panoramic views of the city below. This storybook castly with ivy covered walls, towers and turrets was constructed as a fortified tower in 1350. In the 18th century, the castle was the site of musical soirees that featured both Mozart and Haydn.

Day 5 - May 19th: Salzburg

 
View the historical and architectural landmarks in the city as well as a part of the picturesque Lake District and breathtaking landscapes.
This afternoon we'll visit the Salzburg Marionette Theatre. Founded in 1913 by Professor Anton Aicher, its original production was Bastein and Bastienne, a marionette version of Mozart's famous opera.
There will be an optional visit to a classical music concert.

Day 6 - May 20th: Salzburg

Today we will visit Hangar-7 - a private airport hangar owned by the found of energy drink company "Red Bull", Dietrich Mateschitz. Built for hosting Mateschitz's private airplane collection, Hanger-7 consists of a growing number of small, not so small and some large historic and contemporary planes, helicopters and several vehicles such as Red Bull racing cars. Lunch will be at Hangar-7.

Day 7 - May 21st: Salzburg → Prague, Czech Republic (150 NM)

 
Fly to Czech Republic to discover the beautiful city of Prague. One of the most beautiful and visited cities of Europe, this capital of 1.2 million has an incredible mix of Gothic, Romanesque, Baroque and Art Nouveau architecture. The Vltava River winds through this "city of a hundred spires," its riverbanks and the surrounding hills contrasting with compact, winding cobblestone streets of the old city center.
At the crossroads of centuries-old trade routes and now the cultural and economic center of the Czech Republic, Prague is an art-filled jewel in the heart of Europe. Alive with music and culture, it offers elegant riverside promenades, breath-taking architecture and cafe-lined squares.

Day 8 - May 22nd: Prague

Enjoy a full day of sightseeing as we explore the history and previous cultural and architectonic heritage of Prague. It is one of the most attractive sites in Europe and not only for its geographic location is called "Heart of Europe." Prague is considered as one of the richest treasuries of world architecture the exceptionality of which has been acknowledged by entering the Prague historical town reserve in the UNESCO list of the World Heritage.

Day 9 - May 23rd: Prague

We will continue our exploration of Prague.

Day 10 - May 24th: Prague → Bergen, Norway → Reykjavik, Iceland

After breakfast and an in-depth briefing, we will launch for our over-water crossing to Iceland. There will be a stop in Bergen for lunch and to refuel.

Day 11 - May 25th: Reykjavik → Narsarsuaq, Greenland → Goose Bay, Canada →Burlington, VT (670 + 675 + 730 NM)

 
After breakfast and a briefing, we will fly to Burlington before we go our separate ways to complete our journey home. There will be a technical stop in Narsarsuaq and Goose Bay.
